| The Brew House consists of a combination Mash/Lauter
Tun and Hot Liquor Tank and a Kettle.
The Mash Tun is steam jacketed, allowing multiple step infusion mashing. The Mash/Lauter Tun is equipped with the highest quality double milled German false bottom screen plate. Lautering is done by gravity. A single stage Alfa Laval heat exchanger and a 1.5HP pump is built into the manifold, and a 10 bbl Cold Liquor Tank is attached to the Brew House. The manifold has some 20 high quality butterfly valves to control any possible operation between the vessels. Pre-Mash Hydrator is also included. The Brew House vessels are accented with 2" wide copper bands. . |

| The system was installed in December 1996. The owner brewed 54 batches with it before closing the business. The equipment is currently dismantled and stored in a warehouse ready to ship. |
