The Brew House consists of a combination Mash/Lauter Tun with Agitator/Rakes, Hot Liquor Tank and a Kettle. The Mash/Lauter Tun is equipped with a German double milled false bottom screen plate. Lautering is done through an integrated manifold system. The heat exchanger and a wort pump is built into the Brew House. The Brew House vessels are copper decorated.
HISTORY
The system was installed in 1997. Less than 30 batches were brew on the system. The equipment has been dismantled and stored in a warehouse for a long time, and now the owner is ready to sell.
