The Brew House consists of a combination Mash/Lauter Tun with Agitator/Rakes, Hot Liquor Tank and a Kettle. The Mash/Lauter Tun is equipped with a V-wire false bottom screen plate. Lautering is done through an integrated manifold system. The heat exchanger and a wort pump is built into the Brew House. The Brew House vessels are copper clad
HISTORY
The system was installed in 1994. The owner brewed a variety of excellent beers with it before upgrading the business. The equipment is currently ready to be dismantled.
