is to assist the brewer in adding finishing hops to the brew in a sanitary
environment, without loosing hop-aroma in the brewing process.
Run your Kettle knock-out through the MINI-HOPBACK
hot or cold, and you can retain most of the values of your finishing hops.
The MINI-HOPBACK's closed system will help you
avoid infection of the wort while introducing finishing hops.
