		This is a closer look at the details of the CIP (clean in place) system and the automatic cooling water controller attached to the distillery system. Only Holstein supplies distilleries with an all- comprehensive cleaning system that includes piping, a high pressure pump, hot water holding tank, rotating spray nozzles and connections and piping for detergent cleaning, allowing for effective cleaning and reactivation of the copper inside.
