SERVICES
Bavarian Breweries & Distilleries together with Arnold Holstein, GmbH, offers customers a wide
range of services. Whether it is a couple days of training with your new still or a complete installation,
we can help you.
Putting into Operations
If you opt to install your equipment yourself but would still like a run-down of your newly-prized distillery,
one of our staff can be there to show you the ropes. A day or two can be spent running test batches, making
sure all is installed properly, and showing you how to use the still and/or tanks that we provide you with.
Still Installation
Installing your still is made easy but sometimes customers feel more comfortable having the manufacturer
assemble the equipment. Usually done in one day or two, 1 or 2 of our staff and come out to install and test
the distillery unit, ensuring that all connections are made correctly and that everything functions properly.
Complete Installation
If you decide to purchase a complete distillery system from BBD, including the mashing, fermenation and accessory
equipment, we can offer you complete installation services. This would include all the piping of the equipment (steam
and glycol), the electrical wiring from our control panel to our equipment and the water connections from your water
line. Afterwards, all equipment will be tested to ensure proper installation. And we will finish with some test runs
(license may be needed) to show you how to operate your new distillery.
Possibilities for installation vary based on each customer's preferences. Piping can be PVC, which does not require
insulation, copper or stainless steel, which will require insulation. Insulation of the pipes, in general, is not
included with the installation but can be for an additional cost.
Building Layout and Engineering
We also offer consulting and building layout/engineering services. If you want to know how to design your building,
what your requirements will be and how everything will be installed before deciding on us as your supplier, we will
be able to help you with a retainer fee. This retainer will cover the costs of the time and effort spent in
planning your microdistillery system and, should you decide to go with BBD, this fee will be credited towards your
purchase, costing you nothing at all.
**As each project differs one from the
other, costs may be different. If you are interested in any of these
options, please speak with one of our staff to learn more and get
estimates based on the parameters of your project.**

Bavarian Holstein sells Arizona its first
distillery system. The Mogollon
Brewing Company, aka High Spirits
Distillery, will specialize in producing
vodkas. They are excited about the new
venture and encourage fellow breweries to join the distilling
bandwagon. |
