Step 1. First, the tree is cut. From this cut barrels of a particular size will be made.

Step 2. The cut out from the tree is then sliced to make the edges of the barrel.

Step 3. The slices are then shaped.

Step 4. The slices are held together in barrel-form by a metal ring. Together they are heat-treated.

Step 5. Tops and bottoms and the bottom ring are placed to create the final barrel.
