Distillery 101: Basic Theory and Applications
This class, hosted by the Los Angeles Distillery, Culver City, CA, consists of a series of lectures by professional experts. Each
topic will be discussed in 50 minute sessions with
time afterwards for questions and answers. Practical exercises will be intermixed with the lectures and
will include lab exercises and a distillation.
Sensory component evaluations included. Class sizes are limited.
