Distillery
Practices Workshop 202
Requirement: distillery 101.
Students will work in the distillery processing grain,
and distilling previously fermented mash.
They will put into practice the sanitation
information and sensory evaluation techniques required of
a good distiller and discussed in distillery 101.
These classes will be limited to a small group of 4.
Classes will be held at Glass Distillery in Seattle, WA and Fremont Mischief Distillery also in Seattle, WA,
following the 101 workshop.
