Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth
this year. It was really great to meet all of you
and to see the increased excitement you have for
the distilling industry.
This year we displayed a side-mounted, 2-column
test still with a 30L filling capacity. This
configuration is ideal for producing brandies,
whiskies, high-proof and vodka. |

Our Drinktec exhibit was a great success. At this
week-long show we had a mini vodka distillery on
display, a 7 bbl stainless steel fermenter, and
Bavarian Brewery's new product - a 50 liter
complete brewery system.
Visitors from all over the world came to our booth
and much interest and awe was generated by the
ingenuity put into both mini-systems. |

Bavarian Holstein sells Arizona its first
distillery system. The Mogollon
Brewing Company, aka High Spirits
Distillery, will specialize in producing
vodkas. They are excited about the new
venture and encourage fellow breweries to join the distilling
bandwagon. |
