Holstein does not believe in cutting corners and builds every
distillery to last. As such, they use only top-quality, thick
and durable copper for their stills.

With thick copper, you will get exceptional heat conductivity
and your kettle won't thin and weaken with age as quickly as
others'.

For distilling, we cannot emphasize enough the importance
of copper. During the distillation process, the copper will
react with the sulfur compounds, creating copper sulfate that
will then precipitate and not be carried over to your distillate.
It will also nearly eliminate all cyanides that otherwise
give your spirit a bitter almond flavor.

And at Holstein, we don't use packing or marbles. Our columns
are built 100% from copper, utilizing a singular reflux technology
that will yield the spirit you can sell.
